Full-Time QA & Scrum Master

Our client is a powerful digital platform designed to elevate employee and client loyalty, well-being, and productivity by offering exclusive access to discounts, rewards, and e-gift cards from over 1,200 local and international merchants at more than 4,500 stores. They’re currently looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to bring the brand and customer experiences to life through dynamic visuals and animations.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA professional with Scrum Master expertise to join our IT team full-time. This dual-role position focuses on ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing while driving Agile processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration. As a QA & Scrum Master, you will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality software and streamline project execution. This is a remote full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM. 

Key Responsibilities:

QA Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and bug fixes to ensure compliance with technical and user requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and manage bugs, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.
• Validate requirements and specifications for testability and accuracy.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Monitor and report on software quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvements in testing practices.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader, enabling the team to identify and overcome impediments to progress.
• Promote Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and align it with business goals.
• Track team performance and sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of combined experience as a QA and Scrum Master in IT or software development.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
  Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
  Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Agile Expertise: In-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with proven experience leading Agile teams.
