Job Description
Follow set guidelines to meet incoming visitors and help them locate the specified department in the organization.
Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitor's requirement.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Skills
Proficient in conveying clear and accurate messages through oral and written modes.
Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
Ability to manage in-house activities by applying suitable time management and scheduling strategies.
Excellent track record of handling all the duties and responsibilities that fall under the receptionist job profile.
Keen eye on assessing current tasks as per priority and allot appropriate duration as per requirement.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Fluent in English and Arabic
