Foremen Finishing oversee the final stages of construction projects, including ensuring proper completion of tasks such as painting, flooring, cabinetry installation, and final touch-ups.

They coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure the project is finished on time and within budget.

Additionally, Foremen Finishing are responsible for managing a team of finishing workers, providing guidance and instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in finishing work.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and plans; knowledge of various finishing materials and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
