We’re hiring for various roles, including:


1. Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:
Join our Center of Excellence as a Customer Support Specialist! You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring optimal service at all times.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Address client inquiries and provide accurate answers.
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams and ensure resolution.
  • Document communication accurately in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Train clients on Foodics products via virtual channels.
  • Report daily activities and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or call centers.
  • Fluent in English (must).
  • Strong typing skills (must).
  • Flexible to work shifts in Khobar (On-site, must).
  • Comfortable delivering training (preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

2. Sales Expansion Executive


Job Description:


The Sales Expansion Executive drives upselling and cross-selling opportunities by managing expansion sales requests from existing customers. This role maximizes revenue by strategically offering additional products while processing expansion deals efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle new branch sales requests from existing customers.
  • Generate and send accurate quotes, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and include them in expansion quotes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Track and follow up on expansion requests to close deals on time.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years in sales or account management.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales.
  • Strong focus on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.

3. People Operations Specialist


Job Description:


We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will manage key HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with labor laws, and the well-being of the team and office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process visa issuance, government relations (GOSI, MOL, HRDF).
  • Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll, contract renewals, and leave management.
  • Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and external providers.
  • Oversee office equipment, utilities, and handle employee inquiries.

Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • BA in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with reservations/bookings is a plus.
