Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in the hospitality and accommodation industry, particularly in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management skills. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
  3. Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies to minimize waste.
  4. Develop and implement menus that meet guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
  6. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
  7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  8. Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
  9. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the food and beverage department.
  10. Organize special events and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
