Global company with scope for growth - As Food and Beverage Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall management & operation of food services to an upscale expat complex in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
As Food and Beverage Project Manager you’ll be overseeing multiple dining hall operations serving diverse nationalities over three categories, with a focus on buffet and standard counter service food offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, financial acumen, & a deep understanding of large-scale food service operations, instrumental in ensuring high standards of food quality, service efficiency, & client satisfaction, while optimizing operational performance.
Requirements:
This role would suit an experienced F&B Operations Manager from a 4-5* hotel background with very busy multi-F&B platforms
OR, those from a luxury catering background dealing with large volumes
Gulf experienced, open to remote locations
Salary Package: SAR 30000 tax free single status + accommodation + 2 x holiday flights per year + visa + medical + additional benefits + KPI bonus structure
