Job Description
The Fleet & Travel Supervisor manages vehicle fleets and travel logistics within a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and compliant. Oversee registrations, repairs, and insurance. Optimize fleet performance and costs.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange business travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport) and ensure compliance with travel policies. Manage travel budgets and negotiate vendor deals.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate transportation for business operations and manage travel-related contingencies.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and travel agencies. Build vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, travel coordination, or logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Experience in:
- Managing and coordinating vehicle fleets.
- Arranging corporate travel and logistics.
- Vendor negotiations for vehicle leasing, maintenance, and travel services.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and travel policies.
- Managing travel budgets and fleet cost efficiency.
