Fleet Supervisor

·        Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor for required documents related to incoming shipments /production

·        Allocate space for incoming shipments as well as required manpower for unloading in accordance with Warehouse Manager

·        Update shipments by making variance reports and submit to Warehouse Manager

·        Generate Picking List from ERP system to ensure KPIs achievements.

·        Allocate staff to locations

·        Ensure proper quantities are packed and dispatched to stores as per Allocation Sheet

·        Ensure tools and instruments are used efficiently such as scanner, bar codes machines

·        Perform other related duties as assigned

·        Recommend improvements to Warehouse Section’s policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity

·        Ensure relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results

·        Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
