Job Summary:
As a Fleet Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets specifically for fleet customers.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract fleet customers and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the fleet sales sector.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth processes for fleet sales.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering 
- Proven experience in fleet sales or corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
