Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Retail | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Managerfor a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into business performance.
• Prepare financial reports and offer recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiencies.
• Analyze sales trends, margins, and inventory levels to ensure optimal financial health in retail operations.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new store openings and capital investments, through financial modeling and analysis.
• Monitor operating expenses and provide insights on cost control and optimization opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and mitigate financial risks in the retail environment.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail financial metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of financial professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
