Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Operations Management: Includes financial planning, analysis, and preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  2. Tax and Zakat Management: Ensure full compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT) and Zakat, preparing and submitting necessary reports to relevant authorities.
  3. Real Estate Investment Management: Evaluate and analyze real estate investments, and develop strategies to achieve optimal returns.
  4. Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements in accordance with accepted accounting standards.
  5. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial plans to achieve the company’s financial goals.
  6. Budget Management: Monitor and direct budgets to ensure the optimal use of financial resources.
  7. Coordination with External Parties: Such as auditors and financial consultants, to ensure financial compliance and achieve the company’s objectives.


المسؤوليات:

  1. إدارة العمليات المالية: تشمل التخطيط المالي، التحليل، وإعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
  2. إدارة الضرائب والزكاة: التأكد من الامتثال الكامل للضريبة على القيمة المضافة (VAT) والزكاة، وإعداد التقارير اللازمة وتقديمها للجهات المعنية.
  3. إدارة الاستثمارات العقارية: تقييم وتحليل الاستثمارات العقارية، ووضع استراتيجيات لتحقيق أفضل عوائد.
  4. إعداد القوائم المالية: إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية الدورية وفقًا للمعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة.
  5. التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي: وضع خطط مالية طويلة الأمد لتحقيق أهداف الشركة المالية.
  6. إدارة الميزانية: مراقبة وتوجيه الميزانيات لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية.
  7. التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية: مثل المدققين والمستشارين الماليين، لضمان الامتثال المالي وتحقيق أهداف الشركة.


Skills

Required Skills:

  1. Comprehensive Knowledge of Accounting and Finance: Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and budgets.
  2. Experience in Tax and Zakat Management: Deep understanding of Saudi taxes, including VAT and Zakat.
  3. Real Estate Management: Ability to effectively evaluate, analyze, and manage real estate investments.
  4. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and use it in decision-making.
  5. Proficiency in Financial Software: Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
  6. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with other teams and senior management.
  7. Strategic Financial Planning Skills: Ability to develop financial strategies that support business goals.
  8. Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards and financial laws applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, with experience in tax and Zakat management.
  • Preferably Saudi national, with deep knowledge of financial laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

  4. مهارات تحليلية قوية: القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية واستخدامها في اتخاذ القرارات.
  5. إجادة استخدام البرمجيات المالية: مثل برامج ERP وبرامج المحاسبة.
  6. مهارات اتصال قوية: القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع الفرق الأخرى والإدارة العليا.
  7. مهارات التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي: القدرة على وضع استراتيجيات مالية تدعم الأهداف التجارية.
  8. الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح: فهم كامل للمعايير المحاسبية والقوانين المالية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المتطلبات:

  • درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المالية، مع خبرة في إدارة الضرائب والزكاة.
  • يفضل أن يكون سعودي الجنسية، مع معرفة معمقة بالقوانين واللوائح المالية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
