Description
Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.Supervise finance and accounting teams, overseeing key operations like AP, AR, and reconciliation.Guide the finance department in best practices for internal control and reporting, working closely with the audit committee and preparing for IPO requirements.
Profile
A qualified Financial Controller (CPA, SOCPA, CA, or ACCA) with 10+ years of experience, preferably familiar with tax authority regulations, audit committee relations, and SAP. Experience in construction or with Big 4 firms is a plus.
