About our Financial Analyst Graduate Program


Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. 


It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth within the dynamic realm of Finance.


You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges, making a mark from day one. Your role


As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with various tasks that the Strategic Finance team undertakes on a regular basis. This includes you conducting variance analysis for multiple line-items of our Financial Statements, preparing presentations for investors on our monthly & quarterly performance along with assisting in liquidity management.


With a proven track record of possessing both financial literacy and analytical prowess to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions, you will be empowered to revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities


  • Planning/Budgeting – gauging actual performance against plan and providing quarterly/yearly guidance.
  • Driving weekly/monthly reviews around business performance, anchoring debate around actionable business insights with the leadership team.
  • Providing decision support for evaluating new business opportunities and giving Go/No-Go recommendations for spend and diversification.
  • Identifying and leading cost optimization measures to navigate business towards its sustainable growth.
  • Assist in creating presentations for Investors on Tamara’s performance.
  • Assist in gathering data for investor queries and preparing the data in a presentable manner.
  • Balance sheet/ Cash flow Analytics: Deep dive into the levers of balance sheet and cash flow movements and help devise funding strategies.

Your expertise


Experience:


  • At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in financial analysis or strategic planning, with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Exposure to investor relations tasks or funding strategy planning is a plus.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and data interpretation.
  • Ability to create impactful presentations for stakeholders.
