The Finance Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end reporting, tracking, and monitoring of SG&A spend. This includes monthly tracking of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) /Scientific Engagement (SE) spend activity by category, aligning with business and medical functions on YTD/YTG spend, and gap/phasing analysis. The role will involve working closely with the Close & Control (C&C) HUB during the ME closing and supporting the FBP in managing sign-off commentaries with the Planning HUB.
The role will also support the FBP during the monthly close and control activities, primarily related to capturing accurate SG&A by ensuring strong alignment with the C&C HUB. This will ensure the completeness of accruals and the accuracy of numbers with respect to spending allocation across business units.
Additionally, the Finance Planning Analyst will support the Senior Finance Business Partner (SFP) during planning cycles to ensure accurate submission of financial plans, updates, forecasts, and all ancillary activities associated with the planning exercise. The role will involve close collaboration with the commercial team in developing financial plans and updates.
