Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its ambitious growth objectives. The role will involve budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making. Collaboration with leadership will be key to optimizing financial performance and ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Present detailed financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts to executive leadership.- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations and projects.- Prepare financial models and investment analyses to support real estate development decisions.- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate policies.- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and reduce costs.- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.- Train and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.- Drive digital transformation within the finance function by leveraging tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is highly preferred.- 8+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in the real estate or construction sector.- Comprehensive knowledge of local tax regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and compliance requirements.- Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial systems.- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.Skills:- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits.
