Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Catering Sales drives revenue and profitability by developing and executing catering sales strategies, focusing on expanding the company’s catering business in the sushi industry and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and guide the sales team.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure smooth event execution with the operations team.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Customize solutions for clients.
  • Manage the catering sales budget and collaborate with marketing.





Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
