Job Description
The Finance and Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities for the company. They will ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded, financial statements are prepared in a timely manner, and budgets are effectively managed. The Finance and Accounting Manager will also be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
