Job Description

  • Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports and support them in achieving their operational objectives.
  • Supports in monitoring KPIs relevant to the area to control the performance against objectives and targets.
  • Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporate policies
  • Prioritizes and supports in allocating budgets and resources
  • Actively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employee performance and development.
  • Functional Responsibilities:
  • Implement Filling Stations policies and procedures in alignment of the NWC corporate policies 
  • Undertake Filling Stations activities such as planning, performance review, process improvement, third party provider management
  • Provide General Technical & Administrative oversight of the Filling Operation activities and develop the operational plans 
  • Execute Filling Stations Operations standards, policies and procedures and oversee their implementation
  • Develop operational plans & follow-up of its execution
  • Oversee third party providers activities (e.g. contractors, subcontractors, technical support companies) performance on Filling Stations operations and ensure that delivery are aligned with NWC's strategic priorities and agreed service levels 
  • Monitor water supply levels in filling stations and ensure adequate water supply is constantly available
  • Receive and handle emergency requests from e-branches, call center and walk-ins on Water supplies
  • Manage Filling Permission/ Renewal activities and ensure it is granted as per NWC standards and requirements and maintain its database 
  • Monitor and oversee movement of filling tanks trucks and impose any penalties due to violations 
  • Produce Filling Stations Operations efficiency reports
  • Ensure Filling Stations operations continuity during and outside the official working hours
  • Study the laboratory tests reports and revise the operational plans accordingly (where needed) 
  • Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure periodic and emergency maintenance is performed in a timely and efficient manner
