Job Description
1.Perform system, operational, training, analysis.
2.Assess and provide analysis of the RSAF's training effectiveness in force
development.
3.Prepare presentations, briefs and slide shows, for senior RSAF staff.
4.Liaison with management of outside companies and organizations.
5.Utilize research tools and databases to perform data searches and
analysis of the material
6.Assists in developing and monitoring weapons system manning and combat
readiness.
7.Initiate and monitor the annual flying programs of the RSAF
8.Perform assessment of potential system procurement options.
9.Preparation of requirements documents, statements of work, contract
letter, etc.
10.Assist in a combat/defense readiness reporting system.
11.Monitor and advise on simulator operations/status.
12.Advise on course/syllabi development or modification.
Requirements1. USF
retired/separated with 15 years plus in fighters and training background with a
grade of 0-5/0-6.
2. Familiar with
most fighter weapons and methods of employment.
3. College degree
in scientific or engineering field and ability to perform quantitative
analysis.
4. Graduate of professional
military school, such as Air War College and/or Air Command and Staff College.
5. Experience of working in the region and
have had combat experience.
