1. Provide on-site technical support for IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for Clients.
3. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades.
5. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
6. Document all work performed, including resolutions, activities, and
configurations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and
resolve complex technical issues.
8. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with Clients to ensure satisfaction.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Previous experience as a Field Technician or similar role in IT support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
