Job Description

Reports to:          Field Services Manager (Direct), Field Services Engineer (indirect)

Category:             FTE Unit / Division / Department / Section:    Field Services Location - KSA

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for running job site in coordination with subcontractors by supervising the installation and incorporation of materials to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supervision of site Installation and jointing

  • Monitor assigned project through close supervision to have all jointing activities in line with the approved procedures and FPI quality
  • Give all installation crew the correct installation documents (methods statements/Lamination recipes, Isometric drawings) for proper
  • Supervise jointing works to meet set targets and schedules.

 

Supervision of Site Line/Joint testing activities

  • Monitor the performance and documentation of all tests mentioned in the Inspection Test Plan
  • Implement approved testing procedures to prevent future line
  • Perform line inspection and document reviews prior to any
  • Monitor use of all testing equipment according to the standard operating manuals

 

Site visits, inspection, and reporting

  • Conduct, evaluate and witness all testing activities related to the installed piping
  • Submit daily and weekly comprehensive reports for various site activities as required and in accordance with the site ITP and ISO
  • Maintain a library of photographs related to installation work progress for records and
  • Maintain a list of tools and equipment and report any damage so repair and/or replacements can take

 

Liaise with Clients

  • Build a strong and close working relationship with clients.
  • Attend progress and coordination meetings to monitor all related project
  • Raise issues to client and /or management that affect the quality and proper execution of the

 

Teamwork & Employee Excellence

  • Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvements and development
  • Establish KPI's for individual units and ensure that they are aligned with FPI's mission and vision.

 

 

HSE

  • Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and
  • Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as
  • Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and
  • Report unsafe acts, incidents, or safety
  • Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and
  • Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned
  • Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents

 

Span of Communication

  • Internal: Site Service, Projects, Stores, Production and Delivery teams
  • External: Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Third-Party Inspec
