Job Description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What You Will Do
  • To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers


  • To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed


  • To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports


  • To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.


  • To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.


  • To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders


  • To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits


  • To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.


What You Will Need

Required:


  • Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)


  • Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language 


  • Min 1 year of relevant experience


  • Strong technical and analytical skills


  • Strong communication skills


  • Computer skills / literacy


Preferred:


  • Basic IP Networking knowledge
