Job Description

The Field Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in driving sales and promoting educational programs within the Training courses & Education Center. This position requires a dynamic individual who can engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present solutions that enhance their learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the education sector, and will be adept at building relationships with various stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet sales targets, expand the client base, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
  3. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of educational programs to prospective clients.
  4. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the organization and its offerings.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  10. Continuously improve personal sales techniques and product knowledge.

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  6. Passion for education and helping others succeed.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to travel within the region as required.
  10. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
