Job Description

  • Performance & KPIs: Deliver field performance and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed district plans.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching team performance. This includes setting targets and incentive schemes, managing Field Management Systems, and KPIs to continuously improve performance. Ensure regular updates on team skills in medical, technical, and special in-field knowledge areas.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Professionally manage cross-functional cooperation, leading and coordinating effective multidisciplinary In Field Teams (including Key Account Management). Ensure strategic and tactical alignment between In Field and Brand Team activities, facilitating timely and qualitative market intelligence information flow to optimize brand strategy and execution.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure district priorities, activities, and engagement plans are aligned with brand strategy and national strategic priorities to optimize strategic momentum and drive brand success.
  • Market Insight: Monitor and consolidate regional engagement and account plan outcomes to feed into the brand planning process and anticipate market needs and/or changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively and continuously serve key stakeholder needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
  • Influence & Relationship Building: Influence opinions of key stakeholders assigned by Brand Teams (e.g., high prescribing physicians, wholesalers) to maximize brand performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives and Medical Representatives specializing in Oncology and Hematology.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed business goals within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular field visits to coach team members, assess performance, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the oncology and hematology therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies during field operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales roles in Oncology and Hematology.
  • At least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial position, with a successful track record of leading teams.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
