Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Field Engineer for Mechanical/Piping Works to oversee the mechanical installations and piping works for our fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a high level of technical expertise in mechanical engineering to ensure all installations are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and piping works on site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure the smooth integration of mechanical systems.
• Supervise and guide site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure quality and efficiency in mechanical installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years in field mechanical works.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices in piping installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project demands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
• Proficient in the use of relevant engineering software and tools.
