ROLE OVERVIEW
The role of the Field Engineer is to provide oversite and support for general facilities operations and maintenance service activities undertaken by service partners and in line with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Functionally:
• Maintain a full understanding of the NEOM assets MEP systems and plant.
• Maintain a full understanding of the maintenance needs of the NEOM MEP Assets.
• Maintain a full understanding of the agreed SLA & KPIs to be delivered by contracted Service Partners
• Undertake daily monitoring and reporting of related contracted Service Partners activities
• Provide advice and guidance to related contracted Service Partners
• Support the Facilities Maintenance management in analyzing Service Partner Performance
• Report on Service Partner non-compliances in service delivery, service standards and health& safety.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related MEP O&M
