You will be visiting customer sites to support with the installation, configuration, and implementation of compute, server and storage solutions You will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced team member to accomplish the assigned tasks Tasks may include performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments. You’ll have achieved a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, AI, or related fields
