Female Tonic Bar Supervisor
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the tonic Bar. Assisting the Bar Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.
The Restaurant Supervisor will support Assistant Restaurant Manager of area in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Restaurant or Bar, ensuring guest satisfaction. Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and sequence of service are met through all the guest interactions. Maintains a working knowledge of food, wines, spirits, cocktails Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff. Observe performance and encourage when necessary. Communicate with guest and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice. Listen to understand requests respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information. Remain calm and alert especially during emergency situations, heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the staff and other employees. Resolve problem to the satisfaction of involved parties. Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustment for consistency Move throughout the facility and kitchen area (walk through) to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standard are met. Support the entire Food and Beverage operation including supervising other areas if necessary. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer system
