Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Factory Manager to lead operations for our offset printing packaging factory project. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily production process, ensure quality standards, and manage a team to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall factory operations, including production, safety, and maintenance.
- Ensure timely production while maintaining quality control and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity.
- Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and provide leadership in solving technical issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and maintain equipment.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in offset printing or packaging.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
