Job Description

  • Ensures the company’s policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
  • Ensures high standards of confidentiality to safeguard corporate sensitive information.
  • Needs to provide the immediate response on calls/ WhatsApp messages and e-mails for the official task.
  • Ensures compliance with the company health & safety standards and full implementation in the project and also for the entire dedicated housekeeping team.
  • Follow up for all the procurements activities until the incorporation to the site along with specifications for purchases of equipment and materials and maintains liaison with central stores to assure adequate stock.
  • To be completely responsible for all the execution of the Housekeeping tasks and all the follow ups related to tasks.
  • Maintenance and deep cleaning plans (CM, PPM, RM, snags etc.) & execution with all the needed documents as per requirement.
  • Has complete ownership over the dedicated reporting process
  • Has complete ownership of the work in the CAFM system and any other computer system.
  • Setting of internal performance indicators of all immediate subordinates & technical resources for housekeeping.
  • All cleaning activities are conducted in alliance with the BICS standard.
  • Follows activities of Pest control Third Party company and provides them with timely feedback.
  • Is responsible for waste management organization onsite within ISG remit.
  • Is responsible for performances of landscaping team.
  • To review the all the reports (daily, monthly etc.) with technical perspective.
  • Company assets & vehicles under Housekeeping are being well maintained.
  • Commercial proposals submission process is accurate.
  • Scope/specs/category is clear from clear side.
  • Technical datasheet /commercial proposal submission is accurate
  • Logistic and restocking of consumables process is on track

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • ·      Perfect command of spoken and written English
  • ·      Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

The role involves working in a high-rise commercial building environment.

Core working hours – 48 hours over 6 days
