Job Description

Hard Services Management:

  • Oversee all maintenance and operational services for the facilities.
  • Ensure regular and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with external contractors to meet quality standards.

Soft Services Management:

  • Supervise cleaning, security, waste management, and hospitality services.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user and visitor experience.
  • Monitor performance to achieve agreed-upon service levels.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Prepare and manage the facility management budget.
  • Analyze costs and provide regular reports to management.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all environmental and health regulations.
  • Develop and implement emergency plans and safety procedures.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular reports to management on performance and future needs.


Skills

  • Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in facility management, preferably covering both hard and soft services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze costs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
