Role Summary:


As a Facility Management Supervisor within our dynamic logistics joint venture company involved in KSA’s NEOM project, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and management of various camp facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient room allocation, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining high standards of facility operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English and possess a background in facilities management or a related field to ensure a thorough understanding of facility operations and management.



Responsibilities:


  • Oversee booking and allocation of rooms across various camps.
  • Verify invoices and manage payments.
  • Optimize room usage for guest and short stays.
  • Manage daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance services.
  • Address camp occupants' inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Onboard and conduct facility tours for new employees.
  • Collect timely occupants' feedback and recommend improvement suggestions.
  • Support the Facility Manager in managing the budget for facility maintenance, operations, and room allocation across various camps.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, facility management standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize space utilization and support office layout changes.

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
