Position: Inspector - Façade


Location:Riyadh, KSA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough inspections of façade systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address and resolve façade-related issues during construction.
  • Review shop drawings, materials, and samples to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor installation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct site visits and audits, providing guidance and support to construction teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices in façade technology.

Experiences and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in façade inspection, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to façade systems.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and techniques specific to façade evaluation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
