Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Food & Beverage team in daily operations
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Create team schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve F & B service quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F & B areas
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and report on financial performance


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in menu planning, costing, and vendor management
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
