Role Summary:
Responsible to ensure continuous timely support of required technical and administrative documentation for respective APIs / DSs / RMs to warrant that Jamjoom Pharma product submissions are complying with the guidelines and meeting the timelines as per the annual registration plan through healthy relationships, strong follow-up with internal and international departments, regulatory associates, and respective active substance manufacturers/vendors/suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute whole processes in SAP (sales order, delivery order, invoice, and shipment) with following up with stakeholders to make sure all SKUs’ information is valid.
- Issue invoices and prepare other needed documents i.e., SFDA and customs approval, COAs.
- Communicate and follow up with cargo forwarders and transporters to proceed with export shipments as per target service level, cost & SFDA-GMP guidelines, and standards.
- Communicate daily with planning, sales, finance, quality, and other stakeholders for product availability, payments, product release, and other appropriate corrective action when required.
- Respond to customer and commercial inquiries regarding orders, changes, and cancellations
- To make sure the delivery dates of products are as per customer required dates and contribute to achieving OTIF targets.
- Arranging Reference Standards/columns from USP/BP to ship to the customer’s MOH for lab analysis.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Expert regulatory and scientific knowledge for product registration, renewal of marketing authorizations, and variations as per current regulations in Saudi Arabia, GCC, and other countries.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including diplomacy to negotiate conflicting priorities.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, RIS, eCTD, and SAP.
