Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of third-party vendors responsible for assessing, auditing, mystery visits (MV), and conducting quality checks, ensuring they meet all performance requirements.
Monitor progress against the Experience Management & Insight (XMI), identifying any deviations and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Facilitate the necessary enablers for assessments, including arranging access, permits, and other logistical requirements to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive visit reports in the agreed format, providing key insights and updates to the Experience Excellence (EE) leadership team.
Ensure that all relevant data is available and accurately reflected in the Experience Excellence (EE) dashboard for real-time performance tracking and decision-making.
Identify necessary updates to developed standards, guidelines, and visitor journeys based on research, data analysis, and industry developments.
Conduct in-depth research on visitor experience (VX) industry best practices, comparing them with current standards, guidelines, and visitor journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
Update standards, guidelines, and visitor journeys based on research findings. Ensure all updates receive the necessary approvals according to the department’s Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Archive updated standards and guidelines for future reference, ensuring easy accessibility for stakeholders.
Inform the Tourism Data& Insight (TDI) team of necessary updates to data collection criteria based on evolving standards and guidelines.
Proactively engage in benchmarking against VX industry best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of visitor experience innovation.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
