About the Role
We are seeking a committed and highly organized Executive Steward to lead stewarding operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all kitchens and F&B back-of-house areas, while managing inventory and stewarding staff with precision and care.
What You Will Do
Oversee all stewarding operations, including dishwashing, kitchen sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
Manage and lead a team of stewards, ensuring productivity, training, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure all kitchens and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Control inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, and manage ordering and cost control.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and food & beverage teams to support smooth service execution.
Maintain all stewarding equipment and ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs.
Develop and implement deep-cleaning schedules and sanitation programs.
Support pre-opening planning, setup, and training for all stewarding areas.
What You Bring
At least 5 years of stewarding experience, with 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
Deep knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing large teams and coordinating across multiple outlets and kitchens.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required.
