The Role of Executive Steward:
We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Stewardto join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to our Executive Chef,you will work closely together to ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room and receptacle/compactor rooms. Works effectively with all employees and managers ensuring operational needs are met and controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting and purchasing decisions.
Our Ideal Executive Stewardwill have:
Three to five years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage positions.Requiresability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
