Responsibilities: Common tasks for the majority of secretaries include, excel, word processing, audio and copy typing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries, arranging meetings and appointments and organizing travel for staff.
Process Payroll and all related HR duties for the company.
Handle all admin related tasks when managing admin team (Driver & Moaqeb & Office Boy)
Hardworker and able to handle work under high pressure.
ِMust have a min. 5 years working experience.
Must have excellent Arabic/English speaking/writing and having high computer skills (Microsoft office Outlook).
