Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during executive meetings
- Filter and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget tracking
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies and equipment
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as directed
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects as needed
