Job Description

Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and organizing short and long-term calendars


  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Maintains schedule for senior management, ensuring that all relevant matters are reported to senior management as well as matters that require immediate attention
  • Opens and screens mail addressed to the Senior management, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the Senior management Office and other department heads and managers.
