Job Description

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders will be central to your responsibilities, as you assist in organizing events, conferences, and business functions. Your ability to interact professionally and diplomatically will contribute to the organization's positive image.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events and functions.
  • Managing various office-related responsibilities, such as supplies, maintenance, and basic IT support.
  • Serving as a gatekeeper by managing incoming communications, prioritizing messages, and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Taking charge of office management aspects, encompassing supplies, maintenance, and handling minor IT issues.
  • Contributing to the organization's positive reputation by professionally collaborating with stakeholders to manage events.
