About the location:


AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences, Amaala. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee the creation and execution of world-class pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation.


What You Will Do


  • Lead the pastry and bakery teams, ensuring excellence in production, presentation, and service.
  • Develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus that align with luxury dining standards.
  • Oversee daily pastry operations across restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure all pastry and baking operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost control.
  • Train and mentor pastry team members, fostering creativity and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and food & beverage teams to enhance guest dining experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of consistency, texture, and flavor in all pastry offerings.

What You Bring


  • A bachelor's degree or in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Expertise in classical and modern pastry techniques, including plated desserts, chocolates, viennoiseries, and bread baking.
  • A creative and detail-oriented approach to pastry design and menu innovation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Experience in budget management, cost control, and ingredient sourcing.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
