Executive Director, Credit Risk & Investment

Our client, a leading organization based in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Credit Risk & Investment. This role is pivotal in shaping the credit risk management frameworks and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 - 17 years of experience in credit risk management within banking or capital markets, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Saudi Nationals are preferred due to the specific regulatory and market knowledge required. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the credit risk management function, ensuring robust risk mitigation. Develop and implement risk frameworks in alignment with strategic goals. Manage the credit risk of a diverse portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance. Engage with senior stakeholders to align risk strategies with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s or professional certifications preferred. Extensive experience in the banking or capital markets sector, with strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks.
