Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the corporate banking division, including sales, client relationship management, and product development
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial solutions to corporate clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on division performance, financial results, and key metrics


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a senior management role within a corporate banking environment
  • Track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with the banking regulations and market trends in Saudi Arabia
