This position is tailored for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector who can lead sales growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As Executive Director, you will:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand the company’s presence in the FMCG sector.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Attract leading global brands and expand the company’s product portfolio in alignment with market needs.
- Lead Transformation: Develop a robust plan to transition the company into a holding entity, with a pathway to becoming a closed joint-stock company listed on the stock market.
- Optimize Operations: Ensure the effective utilization of assets and human resources to support sales growth and profitability.
- Enhance Market Position: Maintain and grow the company’s market share by ensuring product and service quality.
- Transition to a Holding Entity: Oversee the process of restructuring the organization into a holding entity, advancing towards its transformation into a closed joint-stock company listed on the stock market.

- Educational Background: A university degree, fluency in English, and proficiency in analyzing financial statements.
