The Role of Executive Chef:
We currently have an opportunity for Executive Chef to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opening team!
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the culinary team.
Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our culinary team, planning and developing menus, food costs, banquet events, hygiene and sanitation, effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally, you will also have pre-opening and seasonal experience. We enjoy a highly visible, guest engaging leader motivating / guiding his colleagues to follow suite. You have ideally work experience in the Middle East, Asia and Mediterranean, based on our culinary restaurant concept strategies, and provide your ease of culinary experiences to spearhead authenticity and high standards.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in AMAALA at Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not essential.
