The Role of Executive Assistant to the General Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opening team!
Reporting into our General Manager, you will manage secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mail, coordinating VIP guest bookings, arrivals, and experiences, assisting in the operation when needed and other general affairs. You will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound independent judgment, as well as for managing a complex schedule and dealing with shifting priorities. As the pre-opening team member, you will be instrumental in setting up a solid online and offline documentation systems, correspondences and communication channels, tracing and scheduling for the Executive Office, monitor, mentor and guide all other divisional administrators to follow the same lead and direction.

A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation. Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
