As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide essential support to our CEO and help streamline operations across the group.


We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant to the CEO who will assist the CEO in managing daily operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks. This role is critical in maintaining smooth communication, optimizing the CEO’s schedule, and driving business success within Better Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Effectively manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel, while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for communications directed to the CEO. Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and confidentiality.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Organize all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics for the CEO’s business trips.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Coordinate key meetings and events, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared with necessary documents, agendas, and materials.
  • Document Preparation & Reporting: Prepare high-level documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strategic Support: Assist with project management and follow-up tasks for key initiatives within the real estate, logistics, and marketing sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication with board members, clients, partners, and senior management on behalf of the CEO.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day office support, including managing files, tracking deadlines, and preparing agendas for meetings.
