Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions, enhancing operational efficiency, and acting as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
Your ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be crucial in facilitating the smooth operation of our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential documents with discretion.
- Monitor and manage executive communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and actions are taken.
- Assist in the development of departmental budgets and track expenditures as necessary.
- Support ongoing special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.
- Foster strong relationships with all team members and external partners to enhance collaboration.
